We clarified the properties on the room-temperature plasticity mechanism (critical resolved shear stress ratio of the active slip system) and the high-temperature plasticity mechanism (particularly focusing on high-temperature ductility) for the novel V-free Ti-5.5Al-1.5Fe-0.25Si (Ti-52AFS) alloy.
