Injection-molded joints between aluminum alloy with a two-layer anodized film and PPS resin were fabricated. Cohesive failure in the PPS resin was observed in tensile, fatigue, and post-salt-spray tensile tests. Resin penetration into the pores of the anodized film suggests an anchoring effect.
