近年、資源循環の観点からマルチマテリアル部材の解体技術が着目されており、特に合わせ異種材の固相接合の解体への要望が高まっている。本研究では、液体Gaを用いてAlを含む固相接合部材の解体を検討し、解体の可否や解体面の状態を調査した。
