we employed the high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy and artificial-neural-network-accelerated diffusion-kinetic-Monte Carlo simulations to quantify SRO in different FCC alloys to systematically investigate the evolution of SRO and its effects on plastic deformation.
