High temprature deformation behavior in electrodeposited nanocrystalline FeCoNi medium-entropy alloy was charactaraised via tensile test at 480 °C. A relationship between the flow stresses and the strain rates followed a stress exponent, n~3. The grainboundary sliding was observed with the higher stress compared than pure Ni.
