An Mg–Zn–Ca alloy containing Zn and Ca (ΔHmix = −22 kJ/mol) achieved high strength (360 MPa), high ductility (8.5%), and high thermal conductivity (133 W/mK). This study investigates the effects of alloy composition, heat treatment, and extrusion conditions on the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of Mg–Zn–Ca alloys.
