Ruを含むAl-Si-Ru-Fe系およびAl-Si-Ru-Cr系に焼結拡散マルチプル法を適用し，900 ℃焼鈍後のEPMA組成分布を点密度解析した．その結果，相の存在組成範囲を効率的に把握でき，4元素組成域に新規化合物相の存在が示唆された
