This study investigated the effects of aging on the hardness, electrical resistivity, and microstructure of Pd–Ag–Cu alloys. Aging was performed at 400–500°C. Hardness tests, electrical resistivity measurements, XRD, SEM, and TEM analyses showed that precipitate formation improved hardness.
