Effects of solute oxygen on α2/γ lamellar microstructures and discontinuous coarsening kinetics in TiAl-based alloys were investigated. Oxygen changed the lamellar spacing, and secondary lamellae formed during aging followed the KJMA equation, with K decreasing and n increasing.
