The elastic recoil detection (ERD) spectra revealed that the Li concentration in Li4SiO4 hardly changed with increasing the annealing temperature in vacuum, while the H one exponentially decreased. This indicated that the improvement of the Li conduction characteristics might be expected by the desorption of H preventing the Li migration.
