Fe‑C‑3Si鋼のHall‑Petch係数 k_y に対する時効影響を調査。C量増加で k_y は特に60ppm付近で大きく上昇。100℃時効ではFe‑23ppmCは硬化するが、Fe‑27ppmC‑3Siは時効硬化がほぼ見られず、Cの存在状態が影響すると示唆された。
