Cu-Mn合金のMn添加による強ひずみ加工後の結晶粒微細化の要因として、積層欠陥エネルギーの低下に加えて短距離規則化（SRO）が考えられる．本研究ではCu-15at.%Mn合金に時効処理させた後に，圧延およびECAP加工を施し，加工硬化挙動および転位密度の変化からSRO形成の影響を検討した．
