An Al₀.₃CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy was fabricated by laser powder bed fusion, and the effects of processing parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. An optimal energy density window yielding a dense single-phase FCC structure with enhanced strength was identified.
