15 hのメカニカルアロイング(MA)で作製したCoCrFeNiMo合金粉末を用い、放電プラズマ焼結(SPS)における焼結温度を変化させて焼結体を作製し、EBSD分析、密度測定、ビッカース硬さ試験などを行い焼結合金の焼結温度の影響を評価した。
