Ti-15Nb合金に1023及び1223Kでガス窒化焼入れを行った試料に対し，断面ビッカース硬さ試験，X線回折測定，走査型顕微鏡観察，透過型電子顕微鏡観察および熱膨張測定を行い，ガス窒化焼入れ温度による内部組織への影響を調べた．
