[P71] Improvement of High Temperature Thermoelectric Properties of Titanium Oxides upon Alloying of Zr

本研究では、Zr元素添加による酸素欠損型チタン酸化物の高温熱電性能の改善を目的とした。Zrを添加した試料を作製し、室温から773 Kまでの熱電特性を評価した。その結果、温度上昇に伴い熱電性能が著しく向上することが確認された。以上より、Zr添加は高温域における熱電性能向上に有効であることが示唆された。
