2Dミクロ組織像から3D構造を再構築するため，学習済み2D拡散モデルのサンプリング軌道に沿った中間特徴量をあらかじめ取り出し，この中間特徴量を生成ガイドとして利用することで3Dミクロ組織を再構築する新たな手法について検討を行った．
