Nb–Si合金はNb₅Si₃ 相とNb固溶体からなる組織により高温強度と靭性の両立が期待される。本研究では、金属間化合物の相安定性に着目し、Ta、Ti、W、Mo添加量と凝固組織の関係をシェフラータイプの組織図により整理し、適切な組成探索指標の構築を試みた。
