Alumina-forming Co-based ODS superalloys are promising candidate materials for high-temperature gas-turbine components. In this study, the effects of Y2O3/Hf co-doping levels on microstructural evolution, oxide particle characteristics, and mechanical properties of Co-based ODS superalloys were systematically investigated.
