各元素のまわりの3次元的原子イメージを描くことができ、そこから隣接原子との位置ゆらぎを求めることができる蛍光X線ホログラフィー法をCantor高エントロピー合金に適用し、元素ごとに隣接原子との格子ひずみを求めることを試みた。
