本研究には、金属積層造形されたAl-2.5Fe-2Cr合金の造形性を評価した。また、最適造形条件試料に対して詳細な組織観察を行い、室温・高温引張試験による力学特性を確認した。Al-Fe-Cr合金には微細なAl6Fe相の生成とCr元素の固溶により、優れた高温特性を示した。
