Ti-6Fe-0.4O合金における微細α粒析出を促進する加工熱処理条件を調査し、HIP処理材に対して複数条件で高密度析出を確認した。加工熱処理条件による組織微細化の可能性を示しており、その背景となる微細α粒の析出メカニズムを考察する。
