Ge_xFe_3-xO₄粉末の大気中熱処理による構造変化と組成xの関係の検討を行った。その結果、α-Fe₂O₃への相転移温度は、組成xの増加と共に上昇し、無添加と比較してx=0.2では約200度上昇する。
