異なる温度で中性子照射されたRPV鋼を対象に，アトムプローブトモグラフィを用いて溶質原子クラスター形成の定量分析を実施し，クラスター形成に及ぼす照射温度の影響を明らかにした。加えて，マトリックス中に残留したCu濃度の分析値等を用いて，古典的な析出モデルによりCuの拡散に対する照射促進効果を議論した。
