妻の立場から見た研究者夫婦の育児と仕事

金属材料分野でのキャリアパスとしてどのようなものがあるでしょうか。企業、大学、独法研究機関など様々です。また、一言で企業といっても様々な分野で活躍可能です。金属材料を学んだ先輩達がどのような進路で活躍しているか話を聞いてみませんか。 仕事のこと、キャリアの積み上げ方、家庭のこと、気になるいろいろなことを、気楽に質問してみてください。学生さん、若手の研究者、技術者の方、若い方にエールを送りたい方、大勢の方のご参加をお待ちしております。   【講師紹介】 篠原 百合先生は，電気通信大学　機械知能システム学専攻において，「鉄鋼材料のマルテンサイト組織」について基礎研究を精力的に行われ，特にマルテンサイト界面に存在するミスフィットの可視化を世界で初めて実現されるなど，非常に高い評価を受けています。御夫婦が共に大学の研究職ということで，大学における研究と家庭の両立をどの様に実現されているかリアルな情報を教えていただけると思います。さらに，異動に伴いPIとして研究室を立ち上げた経験も聞けるかもしれません。
