組成や冷却速度を制御して積層欠陥エネルギーを極限まで低くした、fcc単相組織を有するCu-Ge合金に対して冷間圧延を施すと、加工誘起マルテンサイト変態、双晶形成、キンク変形を伴う複雑な変形挙動を示すことが分かった。
