Background: The student participation is a crucial yet challenging component of active learning in medical education. Day-long academic events such as research symposia are often perceived as monotonous, leading to reduced motivation and early disengagement. Activity:The creative theme of Flight SRS was chosen to represent a research exploration and journey.Every displayed element of the symposium metaphor: From check-in counter, boarding passes, SRS passports , to the organizing team as cabin crew. Sessions were structured as destinations covering research, poster and oral presentations, and connect alumni lounge. Engagement was promoted through interactive panels discussions, and Feedback was collected through google form. Discussion: The SRS 2025 activity demonstrated that theme-based design can significantly enhance engagement. noticed higher motivation and better connection with Peers and Participants. The theme encouraged active participation, maintaining attendance until the end. This suggests that integrating creativity, and theme-based structure, can enhance medical students' engagement.
