「全ての専攻医に学びの場を！全ての指導医に指導の場を！」を合言葉にオンラインで毎月開催されている、はっちぼっちステーション。今年も現地でポートフォリオ検討会を行います。 ポートフォリオは家庭医療専門研修の根幹であるものの、その指導方法はまだ発展途上です。組織を越えると指導法もアドバイスも変わる中で、専攻医は常々ポートフォリオ作成に頭を悩ませています。またなかなか専攻医に恵まれない指導医は指導したくてもその機会を得られず悶々とすることもしばしばです。 全国学会の現地セッションだからこそ指導の機会を求める専攻医、指導の機会がなかなかない指導医の皆様がポートフォリオを通じて経験を積めるような時間を作る予定です。 ①ポートフォリオ指導の基本（講義） ②ポートフォリオ検討会（グループワーク） ③各グループ報告、質疑応答 ※JPCA指導医講習会の単位申請を予定しています。
