高齢化や多様化する健康課題に対応する新たな医療の形として注目される「社会的処方(Social Prescribing)」をテーマに、世界のリーダーから経験と日本のプライマリ・ケアへの提言を伺います。まず、英国National Academy of Social Prescribingの医師が社会的処方の最新動向と制度的背景を紹介します。次に、WHO西太平洋地域事務局の技術官が、全人的ケアの理念と社会的処方への国際的期待を解説します。続いて、シンガポールの公的医療機関SingHealthグループより、プライマリ・ケア改革の経緯と、その中核を担うWellbeing Coordinator(WBC)の育成と効果を報告します。最後に、日本の事例として東北大学のMen’s Shed(男たちの小屋)による男性の社会的孤立防止の取り組みを紹介し、プライマリ・ケアの新たな役割を考えます。
