Since FY2008, JpGU organized the Environment and Disaster Coping Committee and tried to cope with various environmental and hazardous issues. The 2011 Off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake clearly showed us real great damages caused by combined effect of environment and disaster. In this session, we will share our past activities related with major disasters, and will discuss how JpGU will organize the framework to enhance the real cooperation among different associations. All the presentations will be made by speakers nominated by each assosiation.
