歯科衛生士の復職支援や離職防止を目的とした人材確保事業が進む中，臨床の高度化や社会構造の変化に伴い，歯科衛生士には生涯的なリカレント教育とリスキリングが求められている．本セッションでは，歯科衛生士研修センターにおける教育体制と人材育成の視点，さらにNCCL（非う蝕性歯頚部欠損）の最新知見に基づく生活習慣指導や臨床対応を取り上げ，補綴歯科医が歯科衛生士とともに果たすべき役割を多角的に考察する．
