我が国の保険診療システムの下では，学会の推奨する学術に裏打ちされたクオリティーの高い補綴歯科治療を国民に提供することが困難なだけではなく，私たちの大切なパートナーである歯科技工士の収入，環境も改善することはできないと考える．この現状を打破するために学会は何をすれば良いのだろうか？現制度の限界を共有し，公的保険を最低保証としつつ高品質選択肢を認める持続可能な新たな制度について考えてみたい．
