義歯材料の多様化と義歯装着者の高齢化に伴い，義歯清掃・ケアに求められる知識は拡大し続けています．本セッションでは，義歯洗浄のエビデンスを整理し，義歯清掃・ケアの現状をトピックとして取り上げます．洗浄・清掃法の有効性と留意点，修理・リライン（硬質・軟質）義歯やインプラントオーバーデンチャーアバットメントへの対応，CAD/CAM・3Dプリント義歯を含む材料特性との関係，さらに義歯汚染の評価法に関する最新の知見を踏まえ，患者指導等にも役立つ内容を交え，今後の課題と展望について考えます．
