There is a growing need to visualize a company's value structure from the perspectives of marketing strategy formulation and internal value alignment. This study aims to uncover the essential values embedded within an organization by representing data on corporate values—collected through internal surveys—as a value structure model using Bayesian networks. Furthermore, we propose a framework for leveraging this value structure model to address challenges such as the frame problem in generative AI.
