Tsundere is a term referring to a character behavior pattern characterized by outwardly cold or harsh speech and actions, while occasionally revealing underlying affection. Previous studies analyzing tsundere characters or incorporating them into dialogue models have mainly focused on extracting and reproducing stylistic features, and have rarely examined changes in reactions depending on context or the underlying intentions behind those reactions. However, if reaction patterns and their situational variations can be clarified, it is expected that dialogue models capable of reproducing tsundere characteristics with higher fidelity can be constructed. In this study, we target several well-known tsundere characters and encode their reactions to various situations in the original works, as well as their underlying true feelings, using seven parameters across multiple attributes. Factor analysis is then applied to quantitatively extract characteristic features. As a result, multiple factors were identified that are considered to reflect tsundere-specific traits, such as displaying attitudes that differ from their true feelings toward individuals for whom they have romantic affection. Furthermore, we construct a dialogue model that incorporates these properties using techniques such as 2D morphing and probabilistic models.
