This study proposes a framework in which a real-world building is endowed with a persona (building persona) and used as the origin of multimodal generation, including text, music, and video, and examines its effectiveness and limitations for real estate branding and promotion. We conducted comparative generation by incrementally providing qualitative information such as building history, tenants, and local context, in combination with Human-in-the-loop adjustments based on domain expertise. The results show that (i) persona-based generation is more effectively established for buildings rich in contextual information, and (ii) increasing contextual density improves both the consistency and the “sense of identity” of the generated outputs.
