In this study, we analyze the diffusion structure of posts on X (formerly Twitter) related to the statement “older women cannot give birth” made by Sohei Kamiya of the Sanseito party. Focusing on reposting behavior, we construct a post-to-post graph based on the overlap of reposting user sets, as well as a user-to-user graph based on repost relationships among users who posted and disseminated the content. The results show a clear differentiation between clusters that support the statement and those that criticize it. Furthermore, specific groups of users selectively posted and disseminated corresponding posts, and the high frequency of reposting within clusters suggests the presence of echo chamber–like structures.
