スルホン酸基およびホスホン酸基修飾ポリシルセスキオキサンオリゴマーを合成した。これらをAl–O–P結合を介して架橋することで、柔軟かつ高温・低湿度条件で高い伝導度(~22 mS cm⁻¹ at 120 °C ~1 %RH)を示すプロトン伝導体の開発に成功したことについて報告する。
