After introducing the potential and recent advancements in the flexible device applications of semiconductor carbon nanotubes, I will report on our research, including thin-film transistors and integrated circuits that do not respond to external strain, the design of analog circuits with resistance to device characteristic variations, and the demonstration of analog front-end circuits.
