Second, rapid and unexpected critical change in the world circumstance in the area of social -digital life, industry, geopolitical issue, environment and technology are discussed. Japan is now situated in the midst of the crisis on the standpoint of national economy and society.
Third, I would like to explain why Leading-edge semiconductor industry has to be established in Japan and its strategy.
