光集積回路を用いた高速かつ低消費電力な行列演算を深層学習へ応用する研究が活発に進められている。我々は、新規な多ポート光検出器を用いた、単一波長で動作する非コヒーレント型光行列演算回路を提案した。今回は、多ポートGe光検出器を使ってSi-on-insulator (SOI)基板上に提案した4×4光行列演算回路を作製したので報告する。
