Multi-spot illumination is irradiated onto a target containing fluorescent material located deep within the scatterer. An image of the target x is reconstructed from the obtained irradiation pattern matrix A and fluorescence intensity vector b. In this study, we simulate multi-spot illumination using Monte Carlo simulation up to 10 mm for each 1 mm depth of the scatterer, and investigate the relationship between the depth of the scatterer and the accuracy of image reconstruction.
