In this study, we developed a new method for introducing biomaterials within a cell, which was difficult with previous methods, by applying plasmonic nanowire single-cell endoscopy to intracellular material delivery. In addition, we have recently succeeded in spatiotemporally controlled intracellular material delivery by using plasmonic effect on a nanowire.
