Organic semiconductors are widely used in the semiconductor layer of perovskite solar cells. In terms of stability and price, inorganic semiconductors are required to be used, but the wet process requires a high-temperature sintering process, which limits their application. Here, we aimed to prepare metal oxide nanoparticle dispersions for low-temperature, solution-coated film formation of inorganic semiconductor films. The synthesis and dispersion of SnO2 nanoparticles using amines, which form weak bonds with metal oxides and can be easily desorbed, were investigated in this study.
