[16p-C31-6] Elucidating topological Hall effect and controlling magnetic properties by external strain in EuCd₂ thin films

EuCd₂は、CeCu₂型の結晶構造をとる反強磁性体である。我々のグループではこれまでEuCd₂エピタキシャル薄膜の作製に成功し、多数のピーク構造とヒステリシスを伴うトポロジカルホール効果の観測を報告してきた。本研究ではマイナーループや冷却磁場依存性の測定によってその起源のさらなる解明を行った。また、薄膜試料に外部歪みが印加可能な治具を開発し、歪みによる磁気特性及び輸送特性の制御をあわせて試みた。
