Much attention has been paid to NiAs-type MnSb because of its large magneto-optical properties for a long time. On the other hand, MnSb in the zinc-blende structure has attracted attention as a half-metallic ferromagnet enabling efficient spin injection. Thus, MnSb exhibits diverse properties depending on its crystal structure. In this work, we present results from crystallographic, magnetic and magneto-optical studies of CrMnSb ternaly alloy thin films fabricated under various conditions.
