Studies utilizing databases and artificial intelligence (AI) are accelerating. Here we show three studies for organic semiconductors and transistors: (1) finding substructures leading to large transfer integrals in materials database, (2) prediction of molecular properties by machine learning and its application to a molecular design tool, and (3) Bayesian optimization of organic transistors by lab automation.
