Superheated steam and hot moist air are used in various ovens for manufacturing food and industrial products. These ovens often do not control the humidity inside the oven chamber, and humidity measurement is required to improve performance and quality control. This report describes the development of a compact humidity generator capable of generating a dew point temperature of 0 °C to 100 °C, which is necessary for the development and verification of the accuracy of humidity measurement devices, and the results of the verification of accuracy.
