[16p-P01-1] Investigation of the Effect of Recoil Energy in 30 keV Hard X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy

We investigated the recoil effects in hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with 30 keV X-ray source (HE-HAXPES) for HOPG, C, Al, Cu, Ag, and Pt plate experimentally. In the presentation, we discuss these results.
