Keywords:
vapor deposition polymerization,reaction rate
Reaction rate is one of the important parameters in vapor deposition polymerization (VDP).
In this study, we measured the formation reactions of polyurea, polyazomethine, which can be deposited by VDP and polyurethane, which is difficult to deposit by VDP, in the fast measurement mode of infrared spectroscopy. Then, we investigated the relationship between the reactivity of the monomers and the possibility of forming polymer thin films.
